Precision screw, collar and threaded tube designed for use in milled crown and bridge work. The Tube and Screw rigidly connects primary and secondary telescoping castings. Can be used to segment a bridge into multiple sections with different lines of draw while maintaining rigid structure. Allows solution for non-parallel abutments and can create dentist removable pontics. Can be used with UCLA abutment on implants to create custom screw retained abutments. Features gold alloy tube (Ceramicor), collar (Ceramicor), and screw (OSV). The threaded tube is cemented in the primary casting while the collar is in the removable secondary casting.
