The Becht pro medix round brush made from Chungking bristles is a robust polishing tool for the mechanical pre-polishing of plastics in dental practices and laboratories. The angled, 3-row bristle arrangement offers an optimal combination of elasticity, stability and polishing power and ensures uniform removal performance across the entire working surface. The brushes remove grinding marks, machining marks and fine irregularities without damaging the surface. Ideal for pre-polishing denture bases, splints and plastic structures before subsequent fine polishing. The round brush is mounted on a mandrel and clamped into a hand-held or table-mounted motor with a suitable clamping system. At a recommended speed of 1,400–2,800 rpm, the plastic surface is treated with even, light pressure to remove sanding marks and roughness.
